Paloma Mail — Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026 · Paloma Mail is provided by Gonzalez Consulting LLC (Oklahoma, USA). Contact: info@gonzalezcap.com

1. The service

Paloma Mail lets you connect your own email accounts and read, sort, answer and organize your mail in one app. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your accounts

You may connect only mailboxes you are allowed to use. You’re responsible for keeping your Paloma sign-in private and for what happens under your account. Your mail and its contents stay yours; you give us only the permission needed to show, organize and send your mail for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Paloma Mail to send spam, to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other people’s accounts. You are responsible for the messages you send. Your email providers’ own terms (for example Google’s or Microsoft’s) still apply to your mailboxes.

4. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Paloma Mail any time — disconnect your mailboxes in Settings and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

5. No warranty

Paloma Mail is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and your email provider remains the place your mail is kept.

6. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Gonzalez Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Paloma Mail; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
